Project description: “Eclisse” meaning eclipse in Italian — symbolizing contrast, harmony, and duality. The villa plays on contrasts — black marble and white plaster, warm wood and cool glass, all composed in precise geometric alignment. The black marble evokes strength and depth, while the white volumes create clarity and openness. Together, they form a dynamic visual tension that mimics the celestial balance of an eclipse, hence the name Eclisse.
Large floor-to-ceiling glass panels dissolve boundaries between interior and exterior. The reflections of nature on the glazed surfaces create a continuous dialogue between architecture and landscape, reinforcing a sense of serenity and immersion.
Vertical wooden slats and black frames add rhythm and structure, creating a refined modernist grid. The symmetry of the rear façade, aligned with the pool axis, enhances the villa’s formal balance — ideal for both visual and spatial harmony.
